ABOUT ME

I am a Jing Method™ trained advanced Clinical and Myofascial Release therapist and ITEC Swedish holistic massage therapist. I am qualified to treat a range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches, whiplash, RSI fibromyalgia, and many other ongoing injury or pain conditions.

As an advanced clinical massage therapist, I am trained in a range of safe and effective soft tissue, myofascial, and massage techniques that aim to reduce your pain and increase your movement within 1-6 clinical treatments. The techniques I use include fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching, and tailored self-care.

I am also trained in health care and caring for complex needs and dementia. I work with patients that have rare medical conditions and complement their rehabilitation using soft tissue techniques and my other trained skills.

In my spare time, I work as an aerial fitness instructor and understand the impact of fitness training on the body.

MY VALUES

My values as a Massage therapist are to provide person-centered holistic treatments available to all individuals to help reduce pain and aid relaxation. I aim to offer relaxation and medical massage treatments for able-bodied and disabled individuals of all ages, including complex needs, dementia, pregnancy, and oncology.

Creating a safe environment for you as the client and ensuring your needs wishes and preferences are respected. Experienced working within the care sector and can adapt massages based on ability, on a massage bed, massage chair, armchair or wheelchair.

I am passionate about delivering holistic person-centered treatments to all individuals, by taking a full history in the initial consultation and understanding your pain and how I can help.
